Help remove invasive plant species at Pony Pasture

Chesapeake Bay FoundationSpend an afternoon along the James River doing the much needed work of removing invasive plant species with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Invasive plants, specifically the Honeysuckle bush, are prevalent throughout the trails at Pony Pasture Rapids Park where they choke out native plant species, including beautiful native wildflowers.

All equipment will be supplied, please bring work gloves if you have them and wear sturdy shoes.
